I’ve been working in the dog industry for 13 years, running my own 5-star training business in Rugby for 8 of them. My journey didn't start in a classroom, though—it started with my wonderful boy, Frank. Searching for ways to help him without using outdated, scary, or boring methods ignited a fire in me to learn everything possible about how dogs truly think and learn.
